WholeHome™ Media started as a client relationship between Veritas Media and Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing. Since 2011, Veritas Media has helped businesses succeed by solving problems through video, crafting authentic stories that drive engagement and growth. Meanwhile, Barron, a trusted name in the home comfort industry since 1972, has expanded beyond HVAC into a WholeHome™ service company.
As a longtime Veritas client, Barron saw firsthand how video enhances marketing, training, and communication in the trades. Recognizing its untapped potential, the two companies united to create WholeHome™ Media-Creative Content for the Trades.
By blending Veritas' storytelling expertise with Barron's industry experience, WholeHome™ Media helps businesses in the trades utilize the power of video to build brand awareness, improve training, and drive results. Our mission is to make

The trades industry faces a growing challenge in talent acquisition and training. WholeHome™ Academy was created to provide a turnkey solution to help contractors develop skilled, high-performing teams.
About ten years ago, Brad Barron, CEO of Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing and Partner of WholeHome™ Alliance recognized this challenge and launched the Barron Technician School, an in-house program that successfully expanded their technician base and scaled their business. Seeing the impact, they founded WholeHome™ Academy to help other contractors achieve the same success.
WholeHome™ Academy offers over 400 hours of classroom curriculum featuring lectures, labs, tests, and quizzes. Contractors also receive two site visits to assist with lab setup and program launch, along with access to veteran instructors for expert guidance. The Academy also helps businesses navigate state and federal grant opportunities to reduce costs and maximize ROI.
Additionally, WholeHome™ Academy partners with industry-leading sales and leadership experts to equip teams for long-term success. These programs are easy to implement and designed to deliver immediate results.
